14 years ago, Vladimir Tsanev walked into Proxiad SEE as an intern. Today, he leads a technical team, mentors teammates, and still finds time for a lunchtime workout with his colleagues.

His story isn't unusual here. Many of our team leads and technical project managers started the same way - through our 6-month internship program, learning on real projects from day one.

Yesterday’s after work special: wine glasses and Valentine’s Day wishes🍷

The team from winery guided us through 5 Bulgarian wines, sharing the stories behind each bottle and what makes them special.

Then came the best part - reading Valentine’s cards full of thank yous and good vibes for our teammates.

Cheers to the people who make work feel less like work. 💌

The end of the year at Proxiad SEE is always a good moment to slow down a bit and spend time together.

Last week, we welcomed Lazar Radkov to our office for an inspiring conversation that gave us a lot to think about.

We also held our Christmas charity bazaar, where colleagues brought homemade treats and supported Rescue Clubs for the Future, an initiative organized by Lazar. We doubled the money raised by our team and will be donating 5750 BGN to the initiative.

To keep the festive mood going, we wrapped things up with our annual Secret Santa - plenty of small surprises, good laughs, and holiday spirit all around.

And last but not least, the Christmas decorations in our office this year were entirely created by our colleagues - proof that a bit of effort (and teamwork) goes a long way 🎄
