Supply, installation and maintenance of communication products:

- TDM based PABXs;
- IP communication products – communication servers, Media Gateway, equipment for voice encryption and security;
- LAN/ WAN equipment;
- Equipment and software for Contact Center development;
- Equipment and software for wireless (voice/ data) network development;
- Radio relay, SDH and multicomplex equipment;
- Equipment and software for the development of systems for network management. Design and installation of:

- Structured cable systems and LAN/ WAN networks;
- Integrated networks for transfer of voice, data and video based on ISDN, ATM, Frame Relay, Ethernet and IP technologies;

Alcomtech has a well-developed network of distributors on the territory of Bulgaria, as well as branch offices in the major cities in the country. This allows for maintenance services to be offered all around the country. The service engineers of the company are officially qualified after passing a specialised training at the education centres of Alcatel-Lucent. Alcomtech has the necessary transportation, telecommunication and technical equipment which allows for warranty and post-warranty services to be performed on the territory of the whole country. Since November 2000, Alcomtech is ISO9001:1994 certified, since Novemebr 2003, the company is ISO9001:2000 certified, and since December 2009 it holds the ISO9001:2008 standard.
