mandrill labs is looking for a SENIOR DIGITAL UX DESIGNER to advance our clients’ experience across our digital properties and our own startup and digital marketing efforts. In this role, you will work hand in hand with the strategy team to develop user flows and wireframes, and turn them into stunning visuals. Your Responsibilities:
Ability to work closely with the Sales Channel, Marketing, Product Management and Technology to generate crisp, innovative, and elegant design solutions for mobile applications.
Responsible for ex*****on of strong interaction design and visual design principles
Lead brainstorming and rapid iterations on a variety of ideas using wireframes and sketches
Possess expertise and experience producing Mobile App UI/UX enhancement plans – including competitive analysis, persona development, user journeys, concept modeling, wire framing, and navigation strategy
Capture multi-disciplinary requirements in workshops with clients and users, and translate them into annotated wireframes, screen-flow diagrams, and complete design compositions
Partner with internal stakeholders to perform UAT testing to ensure implementation is consistent with design specifications
Recommend user focused improvements within the existing Mobile App

Our requirements:
At least 5 years of UI/UX experience and excellent graphic design skills
Experience designing mobile applications with a 'Look and Feel' that delight consumers
Demonstrate solid understanding of UI 'layout' and 'flow'
Expert user in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
Experience designing UI for mobile products
Ability to provide creative yet simple solution to complicated products and services
Portfolio must illustrate strong UI skills, and graphic design skills
Ability to provide creative and functional direction to teams developing Mobile App user experiences
Excellent communication skills in English
