Exciting times in the era of AI.
We are revamping our technical interview questions and setup to match the evolution of software development in the wave of AI innovation.
OneBit Software always gave out tasks for candidates to do in their own time, without any supervision. This was extremely effective in spotting the "different" candidates and we had our ways to validate and discuss the work.
We now have to evolve back into technical interviews with webcams, sample code for discussions and finish-the-code type tasks, plus a few other cool ideas, if meeting time permits and candidates are on a good path.
And yes, we will test candidates for their capability to use AI to actually get results out.
It is both the responsibility of the employer and employee to make sure the job is the right fit for the person. We have to make sure that every candidate fits well into our .NET and Azure culture, company vibe and standards of quality that our customers expect.
We have .NET and SharePoint streams.
