We have a big dream for the future of winemaking, but we can’t build it alone. 🇪🇺❤️
We want to make SCEPTER accessible to progressive wineries all over Europe. To do this, we are applying for a highly selective grant from the European Innovation Council (EIC Accelerator).
If we win, the EU will help us fund and subsidize the implementation of SCEPTER for our partner wineries for Harvest 2027.
This is where you come in:
The EU needs to know that winemakers actually want and need this green technology. We are looking for a small group of visionary wineries to support us by signing a completely non-binding Letter of Intent (LOI).
What does this mean for you?

Can a boutique family winery lead national innovation? Yes, it can. 🏆🍇
When we first tested the SCEPTER prototype at our beloved Tsarina , we hoped it would save us some electricity and protect our fermentation. We never imagined it would take us this far.
Thanks to implementing SCEPTER, Tsarina Winery was officially awarded the “Innovative Enterprise” title, alongside winning the prestigious Gold Medal for Innovation at AGRA!
This award belongs to every winemaker who believes that tradition and high-tech can go hand in hand. It proved that deep tech isn’t just for massive factories, it’s a powerful tool to help small, premium wineries protect their quality and compete on a global scale.
SCEPTER kept our wine safe, cut our energy bills, and brought us incredible national recognition. Now, we want to share this success story with you.

We created SCEPTER because we are winemakers first. 🍷
Anyone who has ever run a harvest knows the feeling: the late-night anxiety, the constant checking of temperatures, and the fear that a fermentation batch might overheat and ruin months of hard work. And let’s not start on those terrifying summer electricity bills for cooling...
We didn’t want to drill holes in our beautiful stainless steel tanks or install complex, messy cables. We wanted something simple, smart, and completely safe for the wine.
So, we built it ourselves. 🛠️✨
SCEPTER is a wireless, floating sensor that literally swims inside the wine. It acts as an autonomous assistant, tracking thermodynamic activity in real time and talking to your cooling system. No invasive installations, no downtime. Just pure peace of mind and up to 31.4% savings on cooling energy.
It was born out of our own need, in our own winery. And now, we want to help you make your harvest smoother too.
