This week, we came together at the historic Chalukova House in Plovdiv to celebrate the successful completion of the first school year of our Dual Education Program. 🏛️

Together with our students, mentors, and colleagues, we reflected on an inspiring journey filled with new experiences, practical learning, and personal growth. The event was an opportunity to celebrate not only the achievements of the students, but also the dedication of everyone who supported them along the way. 🌟

A heartfelt thank you to our students for their curiosity and commitment, and to our mentors for sharing their knowledge, experience, and time. 💛

Every successful journey begins with people who believe in potential and help others grow. We are proud to be part of this story and excited for what comes next.

It was wonderful to see our Little Commerzbankers back on the field, giving their best, cheering each other on, and having fun together. 🌟

This year gave us even more reasons to celebrate! 🎉 One of our young athletes won a bronze medal 🥉, and all participating children took part in the 50- and 60-meter sprint races, showing great determination and team spirit. 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

A special thank you to Nikolay Milenkov and Aleksandar Zhivkov for helping organize another memorable Darko Cup and making this wonderful experience possible. 🙌

And of course, thank you to all our young athletes and their families for bringing so much energy, enthusiasm, and joy to the event. ❤️

Last week Commerzbank Digital Technology Centre Bulgaria joined the SPACE & STEAM Careers day at the youth festival “Hello Space | Говори България”.

In a world where AI is everywhere and career choices can feel overwhelming, dual education gives students a rare advantage – 📚 learning in high school + 💼 real experience in a company.

We shared how our dual program helps young talents take confident first steps in tech and left the event inspired by many great conversations. 🙌

We hope more companies and schools will join such programs - as it is one of the best ways to inspire the next generation.

“Agentic Coding, Copilot & Beyond” was more than just a workshop – it was a preview of how we want to build the digital Commerzbank of tomorrow 🚀

Across four mini sessions, colleagues explored what the Cluster Innovation Lab is working on today and what that means for our future:
💠 Designing and delivering next‑generation digital asset products
💠 Transforming the developer experience – from typing code to simply describing goals
💠 Using Copilot 365 agents to boost productivity and automate everyday tasks
💠 Turning ideas into concrete, impactful initiatives with the Innovation Funnel

These capabilities are central to our digitalization journey. Smarter tooling, AI‑supported workflows and a structured path from ideas to implementation will help us deliver better solutions faster, support our business more effectively, and keep Commerzbank competitive in a rapidly changing environment 💡💻
