Investing in talent starts long before graduation. 💛

Last week, we joined the Burgas Connectivity Forum, where our colleague Milena Georgieva took part in a discussion dedicated to dual education and its role in preparing the next generation of professionals.

At Commerzbank DTC Sofia, we believe that real growth happens when learning meets practice. That's why we are proud to be part of the dual education program, currently mentoring 7 high school students who combine their studies with hands-on experience in our teams.

By sharing knowledge, guidance, and real-world opportunities, we are helping young talents take their first steps toward a successful career while contributing to the future of the Bulgarian workforce.

Proud and grateful to have supported Rotary International Club Sofia Charity Evening featuring Switzerland last night in Sofia

Rotary’s MedBul project helps bring donated medical equipment from abroad to hospitals across Bulgaria, covering the crucial logistics and transportation costs that make these life-saving deliveries possible 🏥💙.

Last week we had the pleasure to meet students from the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration from the Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”🎓

Our colleagues Imre Bako and Rosen Nikolov delivered a more than two-hour lecture on “Risk Management in Banking”, sharing their experience and practical insights. The most rewarding part was the engaging questions and discussions with the students. 💬

On the following day, we joined the university’s annual Career Days at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, where we spoke with students about Commerzbank and our internship opportunities in the Audit team. 💼

We are happy to support the next generation of banking professionals and look forward to welcoming some of these talented students to Commerzbank in the future. 🌟

Another unforgettable chapter of our ⚽ corporate football tournament is in the books!

Colleagues from across the company came together, shared plenty of laughs and football spirit, and proved once again that team bonding doesn’t stop at the office doors.

At the end of April, we had the great opportunity to participate in the Career Days organized by the University of Macedonia in Thessaloniki. 🎓

The event gave us the chance to meet many talented and motivated students, eager to make their first steps in their professional journey. Our colleagues presented the internship opportunities at Commerzbank DTC Sofia and shared insights about working in an international banking and IT environment. 🌍

We are very grateful to the organizers for hosting such an inspiring event. Throughout the day, we also held several meetings with university professors, discussing opportunities for future collaboration and ways in which our colleagues can share their knowledge and experience with the students. 🤝

This kind of partnership is something we are already actively doing with universities in Bulgaria as well, showcasing our commitment to supporting young talent and developing the professionals of tomorrow. 💡👩‍🎓👨‍🎓

On April 30, we experienced something special for the second time – our Flexpert Day took place in Sofia, Bulgaria!
