Last week, the Roller Gaming team traded desks for mountain views as we kicked off our first Green Office of the year! 🌲💻

This is how we balance work and life - by creating moments that support not only productivity but also wellbeing, connection, and care for each other.

We spent the day surrounded by pine trees, sunshine, and great company - combining meaningful work with an engaging soft skills session on communication and collaboration, specially led by Ivan Dimitrov, Ivan Georgiev and Ivan Peychinov, followed by a fun LEGO team challenge to apply what we learned.

Of course, no great day is complete without delicious food, birthday cheers for our June stars, and the kind of energy that reminds us why we love working together.

The International Children’s Day was a fun and memorable one for the children of Roller Gaming. Our colleagues and their families spent the day outdoors, with room to play and plenty of animals to meet.

The stars of the day were a camera-friendly alpaca, a calm pony for first-time riders, a tall and gentle horse, playful goats, and relaxed donkeys.

And what’s Children’s Day without games? The kids rode ponies and horses, bounced on trampolines, and tried out archery - we had it all. But most of all, we spent real time together - with colleagues and families, outside the office as well as in it.

Moments like these bring us closer. They show that family, balance, and connection are valued and matter.
