Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Support: Assist clients via email, phone, or chat in English and German.
2. Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, escalating complex cases as needed.
3. Ticket Management: Use a ticketing system to manage and resolve support requests within SLAs.
4. Documentation: Create and update knowledge base articles and guides in English and German.
5. Remote Support: Provide remote assistance to troubleshoot client systems.
6. Quality Assurance: Ensure high-quality support services.
7. Reporting: Analyze data to improve support processes.
8. Collaboration: Work with senior specialists and cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree in computer science or similar experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent English and German communication skills (B2/C1).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
