📢 We are happy to share that K3Y Ltd participated in the 3️⃣rd Plenary Meeting of the XTRUST-6G project, held in Barcelona, Spain 🇪🇸 and hosted by project partner Iquadrat.

💼👥🎯 The two-day meeting brought together the XTRUST-6G partners to review the project’s technical progress, share the latest developments and demonstrations, and discuss the next steps towards integration and pilot activities.

👨‍💼 Represented by our colleagues Christos Dalamagkas and Akis Nousias, contributed to several sessions during the meeting. As the leader of WP3, K3Y coordinated the session on Unified Endpoint, Identity, and Services Management and presented the latest progress of Task 3.4 on network micro-segmentation and trusted onboarding.

💻 Our team also demonstrated K3NetOrchestra, K3Y’s Zero-Trust SDP Network Controller, showing how micro-segmentation policies can be applied to network devices and cloud services.

🛡️ K3Y also presented the progress of Task 5.1 on cyber-deception and automated TTP extraction and demonstrated K3DecoyNet, the Intelligent Honeypot Manager developed by our team. The demo showed how honeypots can be used to detect and monitor malicious activity and gather information about attacker tactics and techniques.

🌐 Finally, as the leader of Task 1.6, K3Y provided an update on the project’s clustering, awareness and standardisation activities, including collaboration with other EU-funded 🇪🇺 projects and engagement with relevant organisations, standardisation bodies and open-source communities.

📢 We are pleased to announce that K3Y Ltd participated in the 3️⃣rd Plenary Meeting of the EDF Project, held in , 🇵🇹, on 28-29 May 2026.

💼👥 Hosted by INESC-ID, the two-day meeting brought together project partners to review the progress achieved so far, discuss ongoing technical activities, and coordinate the next steps. The meeting also included the M12 Progress Status Review with the Project Officer.

🔐 Discussions covered key areas of SEQURED, including Post-Quantum Cryptography ( ), quantum-resistant communications and applications, secure edge accelerators, secure path establishment, and quantum-resistant ledger technologies.

👩‍💼👨‍💼 Ltd, represented by our colleagues Evangelia Pantraki and Ioannis Tsingalis, presented the progress of SEQURED Use Case 3, focusing on quantum-safe networking and its integration into infrastructures. The updated use-case architecture, technical scenarios, and planned implementation and validation approach were presented, alongside K3Y’s contribution to discussions on testbed preparation and integration priorities.

📢 We are glad to announce that K3Y Ltd successfully participated in the 2️⃣nd General Assembly Meeting of the project in Costa de Caparica, 🇵🇹, hosted by Unparallel Innovation, Lda.

🛡️ 💼 🤝 Over two days, project partners reviewed the progress made during the first months of CyberAId and discussed the next steps across the project. The meeting covered key technical areas, including reference architecture and systems integration, vulnerability management, real-time monitoring, incident investigation and response, as well as the preparation and validation of the project’s financial-sector use cases.

👩‍💼👨‍💼 Represented by our colleagues Nikolaos Ntampakis and Evangelia Pantraki, presented its progress in real-time monitoring and digital forensics. The team presented an eBPF-enhanced monitoring approach for capturing and analysing host-level network and process activity, together with a digital forensics pipeline for evidence collection, timeline reconstruction and root cause analysis. K3Y also demonstrated an integrated monitoring-to-forensics proof of concept, showing how monitoring and detection results can support subsequent forensic investigation. The team also contributed to technical discussions on the connections between CyberAId components and the next integration steps towards validation in the project pilots.

⚛️ One study explores a crypto-agile approach for data at rest, making the transition to post-quantum encryption more efficient.

🚀📢 We are excited to share that K3Y Ltd participated in the online Kick-off Meeting of the 6G-OPTICON project, held in July 2026.

👥🤝 During the meeting, consortium partners introduced their organisations, roles, and planned contributions and aligned on the project’s objectives and technical roadmap. Discussions covered the platform architecture and use cases, next-generation , AI-based network optimisation, integration and validation activities, as well as the first implementation steps.

📡🤖 6G-OPTICON will develop a next-generation, end-to-end orchestration framework for networks, enabling intelligent and adaptive planning, optimisation, and management across interconnected networks and heterogeneous domains. The project will combine constraint-native deep learning with an open and modular orchestration framework spanning O-RAN, core, transport, and edge infrastructures.

👨‍💼 Represented by our colleagues Panagiotis Radoglou-Grammatikis (Head of R&D) and Akis Nousias (Senior AI Engineer/Researcher), K3Y Ltd presented its role and key activities within the 6G-OPTICON project. leads WP4, which focuses on the project’s Vertical Intelligence Layer and the development of models and systems for the intelligent orchestration of 6G networks. This includes an LLM-based intent management system, novel constraint-native deep learning architectures for proactive and reactive assurance and end-to-end resource management, as well as mechanisms supporting AI trust and robustness. Within WP4, K3Y will lead Task 4.2, focusing on the investigation of novel constraint-native deep learning architectures. In addition, K3Y leads Task 2.2 on the definition of the 6G-OPTICON use cases and Task 5.4, focusing on use case analysis and migration studies outcomes.

👨‍💻 We look forward to contributing to and working together with the consortium towards intelligent, trustworthy and sustainable 6G network orchestration.

As Task Leader, our team shared the completed work on the task's functional and non-functional requirements, introduced the ongoing state-of-the-art analysis on decision-making mechanisms, presented the preliminary system architecture, and outlined the next planned activities.
