🏊🚴🏃 Teamwork in action at 3Extreme Triathlon Plovdiv!

A big congratulations to our PEGA colleagues who took on the challenge as a relay team:
🔹 Stefka Dobreva – Swimming
🔹 Kostadin Nikov – Cycling
🔹 Aleksandar Kehayov – Running

Together, they proved that great results come from trust, teamwork, and every team member giving their best. The same spirit they bring to work every day carried them all the way to the finish line. 💪

Congratulations on this impressive achievement and thank you for representing Team PEGA with such energy and determination! 👏

📸 Special thanks to Tsenka Yordanova Photography for capturing these memorable moments!

🎵 What's playing at UGS this summer?

From Romania to Hungary, Bulgaria and Slovakia, our colleagues have been sharing the songs that make their summer a little brighter. ☀️ Here's a small selection from the UGS Summer Playlist. 🎧

What would you add to the list? 💙

SUMMER MODE : ON ☀️

The best ideas don't always come from moving faster. Sometimes they come when you take a moment to recharge.
While we're still here, collaborating and delivering our best work, summer is a good reminder to slow down every now and then, enjoy the little moments, and make space for what fuels us.

🏆 Not all treasures are made of gold.

Our colleagues recently set off on an exciting treasure hunt in Panagyurishte – a town famous for one of the world's most remarkable gold treasures.

Together, they solved riddles, completed challenges, explored local landmarks, and followed clues in search of the ultimate prize. Along the way, they discovered that the real treasure was teamwork, collaboration, and the shared sense of achievement that comes from reaching a goal together.

The adventure continued with great conversations, lots of laughter, and an unforgettable evening filled with music, dancing, and celebration. ✨

Moments like these remind us that strong teams are built not only through the work we do every day, but also through the experiences we share beyond the office.

👏 Thank you to everyone who made this event such a memorable success!

🏃‍♀️❤️ Running for a cause

Our team proudly took part in the Reward Gateway | Edenred Bulgaria corporate charity run, coming together under one shared goal: supporting a meaningful cause.

We may have missed the top 3 by just milliseconds 🙂, but what truly mattered was the way we showed up - together. With strong team spirit, commitment, and genuine dedication, we gave our best and supported each other every step of the way.

At UNIQA, we believe in contributing to something bigger than ourselves. Initiatives like this reflect our values in action.

Thank you to everyone who ran, supported, and made this moment possible. 🙌

Looking back, May highlighted what truly shapes strong teams: resilience, collaboration and the ability to grow through shared experience - both in and beyond our day-to-day work.

Alongside our operational priorities and ongoing projects, we also continued investing in people, culture and connection.

🎯 Our long-standing People Development Program in Bulgaria continued with its first session this year focused on Change Management. A timely topic as we continue navigating a broader transition. The program remains a cornerstone in strengthening leadership capability and supporting long-term growth across our teams.

🏃‍♀️ The Kalandzha Run took us to the Bulgarian seaside - a location that made the experience even more powerful. Running along the shore brought a natural sense of focus and momentum, reinforcing the value of consistency, endurance and team spirit.

♟️ At the Corporate Chess Championship, we participated for the first time, engaging with colleagues from across the insurance, IT and other sectors. It was a valuable opportunity to represent our growing internal chess community and connect beyond our organization.

Grateful for a month that combined delivery with perspective and reminded us that performance is always shaped by people.

Looking ahead with energy and focus to what June will bring.

At UNIQA Group Services, we’ve redefined what progression looks like. It is not just about vertical promotions; it is about real personal growth. We focus on who you are becoming, not just where you are going. Better works for me.

From units to united.

Different teams. Different countries. One shared culture.
We’re moving beyond separate units and building something stronger together — one connected community where collaboration, support, and shared success come first.
Because the best work happens when people feel united, wherever they are.
