🚀 In March this year, four colleagues opened OMP's office in Pune, our second in India after Mumbai. Less than 200 days later, the team is 20+ strong, and this month they already moved into a bigger space with room for many more.

That growth follows our customers, as more and more companies in the region rely on OMP to plan their supply chains.

🏷️ Selling double your forecast sounds like a win, until you have to choose which customer gets short-supplied.

Our colleague Michael Watson spent 18 years in consumer packaged goods, and one lesson stuck with him: the shelf space is brutally honest with you, however good last month's forecast looked on paper.

Every forecast is a stack of sales-driven assumptions. The promotion will land, the campaign will work, the new launch can't miss. When one of those assumptions breaks, supply pays for it in factory capacity issues, packaging shortages, costly air freight, and stock that's obsolete before it sells.

🩸 Giving blood isn't something everyone does every day, yet 51 of our colleagues decided to give it a try for the very first time.

In total, 111 of our Wommelgem team members stepped up for our first Red Cross blood collection, completely exceeding expectations. We couldn't be prouder of the shared willingness to support others and helping make this initiative a success.
