COVID-19 had a serious impact on work-life balance, positively bug it also has some drawbacks. In this post COVID-19 era we need to embrace the positives and try to overcome the negatives. Because one thing is for sure, hybrid working will be the new norm.

If this pandemic was bound to strike one day, its timing was not the worst. If it would have struck us five years earlier, the impact on the economy would have been far more dramatic.

Remote working has a strong impact on social interactions. Social gatherings are fundamental to a healthy emotional balance. Hybrid working can fulfill that very need of having a healthy work-life balance AND social interactions with co-workers.
