Yesterday, we had the pleasure of hosting our Partner Event in the beautiful setting of the 𝗢𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗺𝗯𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗳𝗮𝗿𝗺, surrounded by the stunning landscapes of the Pajottenland.

It was the perfect opportunity to reconnect with our valued partners, strengthen our relationships, share our future vision, and explore how we can further enhance our collaboration moving forward.

A special thank you as well to 𝗕𝗿𝘂𝗻𝗼 𝗪𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗯𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗵 for his inspiring keynote session on future-oriented and sustainable business models. His insights truly elevated the event and gave us plenty of inspiration for the road ahead.

Yesterday, we had the pleasure of bringing our teams together for the MTS Kick-off Meeting at Ricoh Belgium — joined by our colleagues from Ricoh Luxembourg and Orbid.

It was a great opportunity to reconnect, align on our ambitions, and start this new chapter with energy and motivation.

One of the highlights of the day was the inspiring session led by Marc Herremans. His story, resilience, and mindset truly resonated with everyone and reminded us of the importance of perseverance, teamwork, and pushing boundaries.

And of course… no Belgian gathering would be complete without enjoying fries and frikandels together. 🍟

A big thank you to everyone for your participation and energy throughout the event. Your involvement is what makes these moments meaningful and what drives us forward together.

We just got back from the Ricoh Europe Football Trophy — and what an experience it was.

Team Los Diablos, bringing together Ricoh Belgium and Orbid, represented us on the pitch alongside more than 500 colleagues from across Europe, 24 teams, and 88 matches of pure competitive energy.

But beyond the football, what stayed with us was something harder to put into words: the connections made, the laughter shared, the feeling of being part of something much bigger than your own team or country.

This is exactly what Forward as One means in practice. Not just a tagline — but people from different markets, cultures, and backgrounds coming together with one shared purpose.

Thank you to the organizers for making this happen, and to every team that brought their heart to the game.

For us, it means raising the bar.

Our new plan sets out more ambitious targets for decarbonisation and a clearer path to get there:

✔️ 75% reduction in Scope 1 & 2 emissions by 2030
✔️ 85% renewable energy adoption
✔️ Net-zero targets validated by the [Science Based Targets initiative](https://www.linkedin.com/showcase/10797581)

With milestones in place for 2040 and 2050, the focus now is on delivering real, measurable progress.
