Describe clearly what needs to be done and how.
Review and optimise as you work on it.

To optimise your work.

Technology is a tool to free you.
Not to enslave you to your screen.
Use it wisely and boost your results.

An organisation is strong when everybody contributes.
Contributions may vary in quality and quantity.
But it is important that all contribute.
It gives a sense of belonging.
It reinforces solidarity.

It should be the same with society in general.
Don't ask to be a respected citizen
if you're not contributing.

As a successful consultant or senior executive
there are always too many requests for your time.
You don't have to do it all and risk to exhaust yourself.

Take the time to review priorities.
And stick wisely to them.
Saying no is normal.
And wise. 😉

In exactly one week it will be 25 years
I started VLC, my first consulting company.

My focus was then and still is today on
Strategy, Innovation & Technology and Leadership.
Three of the key ingredients for long term sustainable growth.

I had the pleasure to work with great clients
from Europe and all around the world.
Some for more than 20 years.

We survived the year 2000 dot-com bubble,
the 2008 sub prime and financial crisis,
the covid pandemic and more.

My advice for people starting in consulting :
Believe in you and make it happen !
