Venn & Wust: A collaboration that begins like a fairy tale

"Once upon a time, a little engineer arrived at Wust, suitcase in hand, with a technical solution to our problems."

This is how Lilo Castellaci, Head of IT & Communication at , describes the beginning of our partnership 10 years ago.

Say hello to Sylvian, the newest and youngest member of our team! Originally from Vietnam and China, she’s just graduated with a degree in applied computer science and has chosen Venn to kickstart her career.

Her journey is anything but typical. She first studied at an art school but quickly realized that while art remains a passion, it wasn’t the right career path for her. That’s how she found her way into 𝗜𝗧, a field that’s open to anyone—regardless of their background—and one where she can keep learning and growing fast.

At𝗩𝗲𝗻𝗻 𝗧𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺, we believe that 𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮 𝗵𝘂𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗼 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻 are key to success. We thrive on diversity—whether in culture, experience, or career paths. Sylvian is joining a predominantly male team, and we know her fresh perspective will bring new energy to the way we work.
