Nesky is a software company based in Ghent, the start-up hub of Belgium. Our solution aims to build communities in residential real estate.
We firmly believe that happy people create happy communities, which leads to better rental prices and increases the overall value of real estate.
Our mission is to provide customer-centric smooth digital experiences for day-to-day issues between building managers and residents, by facilitating smart and efficient communication between all involved parties.
What are we looking for?
We’re looking for a real hunter profile. Someone with experience in B2B SaaS solutions or -even better- with Prop- or ReTech experience.
You don’t have the experience, but you’ve been active in the real estate industry in a sales role? Feel free to reach out, let’s see how we can introduce you in the exiting world of PropTech or Sofware-as-a-Service.
Our clients are real estate developers and real estate investors. A B2B target audience but for a B2C solution.
As a genuine start-up we don’t have an office policy yet, so you’ll be mainly working from home and you’ll be on the road visiting clients.
What do we expect from you?
• Your focus is to generate sales, pure customer acquisition.
• You’re good at understanding the customers’ goals, plans, challenges, timelines, budgets, decision-making units and processes. Based on that knowledge, you deliver quality and tailored demonstrations.
• You feed the organization with market knowledge, learnings and ideas allowing us to constantly finetune the product and the overall strategy.
• You have the ambition to become the face of the company and to build authority within the industry.
• Networking, events, fairs, seminars are part of your natural habitat, you love attending them to gather with existing and potential clients.
• Your main focus will be Flanders and Brussels.
What does it take?
• A bachelor's degree in sales, marketing or communication or you have the required equivalent experience.
• At least 3 to 5 years of working experience and proven track record as a quota-carrying sales representative and/or sales prospecting in B2B SaaS or within real estate.
• Great communication and presentation skills, you know how to convince people, on paper and in person, in NL/FR/ENG;
• A hunter mentality, showing genuine customer empathy and are very goal-oriented;
• Strong negotiation skills, looking to achieve a win-win situation together with the client
• A huge plus if you have built up a network of contacts in the real estate industry or a solid experience in the PropTech sector;
What to expect from us?
We’re not going to beat around the bush, your role will be key. Being the primary link with the market you’ll play an important role in the overall strategy on a company and a product level.
This will put you in a pole position for future growth roles within the organization and to even participate in the success of the organization.
You’re preferable someone with an independent status. You’ll be rewarded with a market-based salary and a rewarding bonus structure based on your success.
