We're looking for a very motivated Customer Support Engineer to join our IT-Support team to further develop our business in Belgium.
YOUR JOB
Our ACN (Apple Consultant Network) department is looking for a motivated and dynamic Customer Support Engineer to strengthen our team and further develop our services in Belgium.
Our office in Ghent, near the Dampoort, is ideally located to provide targeted assistance and support to customers in East and West Flanders. In addition, YASKA also has an office in Brussels to offer professional customers various IT services and solutions in close cooperation with the Apple Store.
What to expect:
Help customers by phone or mail who have questions about ICT-related matters.
If possible, the immediate resolution of the reported problems within the predetermined SLAs (service level agreements).
Transferring more complex issues to second-line colleagues
Carrying out periodic performance and security checks
The timely identification of technical problems and threats
The timely implementation of (security) updates
Taking care of backups and storage projects
Logging problems and activities in the helpdesk system

We are open to people who have no experience yet. By obtaining your Bachelor's or Master's degree, you have proven that you can persevere. And, if you have some work experience, that's a bonus. If you are customer-oriented, eager to learn, driven and solution-oriented, YASKA offers you all the tools and possibilities you need to further develop and specialize.
Who are you?
You love contact with customers and are very communicative.
You are a team player and work together to ensure that everything runs smoothly and correctly.
You work independently, you are responsible for your own planning and customer relations.
Your Dutch is perfect and you can express yourself fluently in English. If you can also express yourself in French, that is a plus.
You take the initiative and think along with you about possible improvements in the field of customer support and system administration.
You have a driving license B.
