Warner Music backs the NFT project Guardians of Fashion which aims to mint virtual superstars in the metaverse. Maybe your NFT will be starring in virtual fashion shows, music videos, and animated series. 😊
If you have real estate agents in digital property for the metaverse, why wouldn't celeb agents also emerge? Perhaps in five years, this will be a career choice?

I foresee that NFT related IP infringements will make lawyers lots of money in 2022. Many fans will lose their precious savings and be left behind without anything. How to avoid this?

✅ Check the official artist communication. Is the artist aware of this NFT?
✅ Check the reputation of the NFT marketplace
✅Apply the smell test: If it’s too good to be true, it most likely will be.

Major companies are making big bucks with NFTs and will protect their IP.

Nike for example has started the “licensed NFT” wars by taking an online reseller called StockX to court for trademark infringement or sale of unlicensed nonfungible token (NFT) sneakers.

If you need some on-chain analysis on who is stealing your IP and how much they made using it, you know whom to call. ;)

In 2022, communities, companies and entities are searching for NFTs with in-real-life (IRL) functionality and utility.
