100 km. 24h. Countless steps and endless determination.

Last Friday night and Saturday, some of our colleagues took on the 'Dodentocht 2025' - the legendary 100km walk in Bornem, Belgium.

Walking through the night, pushing past fatigue and crossing the finish line hours later takes not just physical endurance, but also mental focus, preparation and teamwork.

At Acumen that mindset feels familiar. In data projects, just like in the 'Dodentocht', success comes from persistence, a clear plan and supporting each other until the goal is reached. We take pride in going the distance for our clients and for each other.

To our colleagues who participated: congratulations on the incredible amount of steps taken. You’ve truly shown what it means to be driven, to be dedicated and to deliver. 🦾

Throwback to a perfect Acumen Friday! Barbecue vibes, local drinks and one team…

Two weeks ago, our ‘Acumen Friday Team’ served up a cozy team event with all the right ingredients:

🍗 A delicious bbq buffet by hartichoc (yes, they brought the tents too!)

😮‍💨 Refreshing sodas from our neighbours at drinkritchie. Thanks Jan Verlinden, not just for the drinks but also the fridges!

⚽️ Football on the screen, games on the table and great company all around

From the grill to the game, it was an evening filled with chill conversations, laughter, cheers and connection.

Different game. Same team spirit!🎾

Two weeks ago, we traded data dashboards for padel rackets during another legendary 'Acumen Wednesday'.

With sun overhead, Acumen shirts on and team spirit fully charged, we served up a great mix of energy, competitiveness and our best padel skills.😏

Whether it was smashing winners or just enjoying post-game chats (and pizza), the good vibes were unmistakable.

These monthly Acumen Wednesdays are more than a fun break, they’re proof of the connection between our team members. These activities, that are organised by team members, are an example of the company culture that we're proud of.

Thanks to the people who were there for the great atmosphere.
