Over the past weeks, we had the pleasure of welcoming several colleagues from our Malaysian office to our headquarters in Kortrijk.

It was great to connect in real life and share knowledge, but we also made sure there was time for the important things too. 😉

Belgian cities, Belgian food, Belgian b**r. Our Malaysian colleagues now know their way around a plate of Belgian fries (yes, Belgian fries, not French fries, an important distinction we take very seriously 😄), chocolates, and of course, how to pour a proper Trappist. 🍟🍫🍻 We'd say the cultural exchange was a success!

A big thank you to our Malaysian colleagues for making the trip, and to everyone at HQ for sharing their knowledge, whether work-related or culinary.

Last week, several of our new colleagues visited ABB's production site in Ghent to experience manufacturing from a different perspective.

For many of them, it was their first opportunity to see injection molding machines in action and discover how MES supports production in a real manufacturing environment. Seeing production data, machine performance, and shop floor processes come together in practice provides valuable insights that simply can't be learned from behind a desk.

At BMSvision, we believe that understanding our customers' daily challenges is essential to developing solutions that create real value. The closer our teams are to the reality of the shop floor, the better we can support manufacturers on their digitalization journey.

A big thank-you to the ABB team for sharing their expertise and opening their doors to us.

Last week, our CEO Jan Bogaert, visited our Malaysian office, and the day ended the right way: around a table, together.

Good food, great conversations, and a reminder of what makes BMSvision what it is: the people behind the product.
