Manutech recently delivered four brand new Atex Stahl hoists to the Port of Antwerp. They will be installed on the existing hoist installation of a bulk terminal. The four machines have a capacity of 3200 kilograms each – they are ready for some heavy lifting! The hoists have been delivered conforming to the Atex guideline 2014/34/EU/group II-2D. It was quite a job, but that is how we like it at Manutech: two brand new overhead cranes have been delivered to one of the largest recycling companies in Belgium. The picture shows the exceptional transport ready for departure. The cranes are already being used for the maintenance of process machines in the recycling hall.

Manutech has recently become a Miretti licensed service hub. Miretti is a worldwide supplier of explosion proof ATEX products and machines. Our experienced technicians now provide maintenance to Miretti customers in the Benelux, as well as carry out all Atex inspections. According to the Atex standard, machines and equipment used in potentially explosive environments are tested annually or every three years. Manutech is Atex certified and has been for years. The safety of your employees is our top priority!
