Samana is a non-profit organization committed to improving and enhancing the lives of people with chronic medical conditions through travel, activities, and social connections. Lemon Companies supported Samana in their efforts to move forward with a digital platform that allows them to continue their work in a more efficient manner.

Calculating the cost of your projects in a more efficient way can result in more profit.

Traditionally, project management focuses on the ability to deliver the project’s product in scope, time, and cost. This is better known as the Iron Triangle. However, the Triangle cannot be used as a framework to calculate the total cost of all projects across an organization. In fact it’s necessary to take more parameters into account.
