As a consultancy company, Twenty8 is supplying IT consultants to the requests coming from the European Institutions (European Commission, European Parliament, Eurocontrol, etc.) in Belgium and Luxembourg.
We are a start-up, but we are growing fast, and we have a huge amount of requests. That's why we are looking for a motivated recruiter to help us to source the best fitting candidate for each request.
Your day to day role will be:
Sourcing candidates via internal and external CV databases;
Create and post job advertisements on job boards;
Use social media like LinkedIn, Twitter to engage candidates and be the employer of choice;
Screen and analyze incoming CV's from applicants;
Conduct interviews, by web-conference (Teams, Zoom, etc.), phone or face-to-face;
Follow up the recruitment process;
Prepare CV's in the right format to send to our clients;
Update and maintain our database.
Your profile:
You understand the staffing / recruitment market and you have already some experience in this sector as a recruiter or a recruitment resourcer, preferably in IT
You are business savvy / have a sound business acumen to make quick decisions;
You are creative in finding the best candidates for each position;
You are able to work on multiple requests at the same time, with tight deadlines;
You are able to prioritize tasks and shift between tasks quickly when needed;
You can have to-the-point conversations and can negotiate salaries / daily rates with candidates without hesitations;
You are a self-starter and take initiative to reach common goals;
You speak fluent English. French or any other EU language is an asset;
Experience in the "European Institutions market" is an asset;
