Good work starts before the work begins.

This week, part of the XQTING team came together for our monthly update. A moment to step away from day-to-day work and make sure everyone knows what is happening across the business: projects in progress, priorities ahead, challenges on the table.

Heads together. Everyone in the loop.

Followed by lunch at Bar Amelia, because the best conversations do not always stop when the meeting does.

A German law firm needed to capture every client conversation accurately, securely and in a way that made information instantly retrievable.

So we built exactly that.

Using XQv Recording within the firm's own AWS cloud environment, combined with Amazon Transcribe, every call is automatically transcribed the moment it ends. Both speakers are clearly identified. The transcript is stored and the audio file is deleted for safety reasons.
