With over 700 congresses organized over the 5 continents, Medicongress can be considered as an experienced company where larger or smaller congresses always receive the personal and dedicated approach they deserve. Medicongress was founded by Werner Van Cleemputte and his spouse Martine Verbeke in 1987. What started in their own house has expanded over the years, also by integrating audio-visual a
nd multimedia companies started up by their sons. In 2013 all 4 sister companies moved to a brand new headquarters offering state-of-the-art facilities near Ghent, Belgium. Today Medicongress is a well-known PCO with a large worldwide experience and a dedicated, well experienced team remaining a non share holder driven, family owned flexible company. From organizing their congresses, associations also asked Medicongress to take care of their daily secretarial activities. Also here the personal and dedicated approach of our team makes the difference. Communication is of major importance for our team. Thanks to our long lasting experience we have access to our large databases of industry as well as potential participants. Our in-house IT team arranges state-of-the-art design and mailing facilities.
