⚡️ Success story: EAPHM, integrated platform ⚡️

The European Association of Porcine Health Management (EAPHM) collaborated with us on a digital transformation. With an integrated digital platform, EAPHM wanted to decrease the Customer Acquisition Cost. The challenge was to connect diverse international members and professionalize their online experience.

The solution took shape as a website housing over 1,000 accessible documents thanks to a user-friendly search engine. Automation became the foundation, seamlessly integrating online membership recruitment across the website, Teamleader CRM, and Mailchimp.

The end results are impressive: fully automated online membership subscriptions, integrated invoicing, and near real-time member synchronization. Personalized emails triggered by Mailchimp facilitate a smooth onboarding process. Notably, only a few critical stages require human validation from website administrators.
