In September, as summer comes to an end, we’ve made it a tradition to bring the team together for an off-site, focused on brainstorming what’s next.

This year, we delved deep into tech trends, explored best practices, and even ran a hackathon in smaller groups to fine-tune our internal processes using generative AI.

While we’ve already integrated AI into our workflows, it's incredible to witness how fast the possibilities are expanding—and how much more we uncovered with our team in such a short time.🙌

Meet Ruben Rooms, one of our front-end developers. With one year of experience at Endare, Ruben has already made his mark on several projects, of which AMBER is his personal favourite. His expertise in Javascript and CSS is the cornerstone of creating seamless and visually appealing user interfaces.

Ruben is a youthful and enthusiastic colleague in the office, always eager to help others and actively contributing to team discussions with fresh perspectives and creative solutions. His energy and enthusiasm are also prominent during team activities, where he is known for his positive and dynamic attitude. 🌟

Ruben's journey goes beyond code. He spent years actively engaged with the Scouts, honing his teamwork and leadership skills. But that's not all, Ruben is a true music enthusiast and operates under the alias 'Krub' as a DJ. When he's not coding or spinning tracks, you might find him reminiscing about his days in the swimming pool or enjoying a friendly football match. ⚽🎵
