For many years, GSF Events has been Odoo Experience’s technical partner. And year after year, the event continues to grow in scale.
 Behind just a few days of event are months of planning, preparation and coordination to find the best solutions and ensure everything runs smoothly.

This year, GSF Events handled the technical production across 4 halls, including the various breakout spaces for conferences, the auditorium 2000 and the stage at Palais 12 dedicated to the evening events.

But the real challenge of this edition was undoubtedly Palais 11 at Brussels Expo: completely transforming the hall into a 4,000-person auditorium, featuring a monumental 41 × 5.5 m projection screen, allowing 4,000 participants to follow four keynotes simultaneously.

In total, more than 300 people from GSF Events contributed to the technical production and management of the event throughout the week. After months of preparation, this intense week on site, filled with coordination and technical management, brought the entire project to life.

A true achievement, and above all, a pleasure to contribute year after year to an event of this scale alongside Odoo.

For the « Fêtes de Wallonie » in Namur, GSF Events teamed up with RTBF Tipik to enhance the main stage at Place Saint-Aubain with two large LED screens.

A setup designed to keep the audience immersed in the show, wherever they were standing and never miss a moment with their favourite artists.

During Les Ardentes Festival, GSF Events brought the RTBF Tipik media studio to life, right in front of the main stage.

From the immersive LED structure outside to the complete studio setup inside, every detail was designed to create a space that stands out and pulls you straight into the action.

And just a few steps away, Tarmac took over The Playground, where we also managed the giant screen for the football matches throughout the festival.

Two spaces, two atmospheres. All part of the Les Ardentes experience.

In the Greenhouse - an oasis hidden within The Standard Hotel in Brussels - Belgian talent took centre stage as fashion, design and entrepreneurship came together for a night to remember.
