Day 2 is well underway at , and it has been great to be part of the conversations shaping the future of domain name registries.

While the discussions continue, our colleagues have already contributed to key topics for the domain community. Today’s programme included sessions on long‑term registry autonomy and continuous DNS quality assessment in the .eu zone, presented by Nathan Meurrens, Antoine Gatineau, Vince Koevoets, Oleksandr Sobko and Tim Habex.

Great to be part of an event filled with technical depth, collaboration and forward-looking ideas.

Mr. Calarco is Director at the Peter Grünberg Institut (PGI), Institute of Quantum Control (PGI-8) at Forschungszentrum Jülich GmbH, and Professor at both the Universität zu Köln and the Alma Mater Studiorum - Università di Bologna.

A leading quantum scientist and adviser to the European Commission on the EU Quantum Flagship and Europe’s broader quantum strategy, Calarco will dive into how quantum technologies are set to transform encryption, cybersecurity, and Europe’s digital infrastructure.
