Des fraudeurs se font passer pour des collaborateurs Proximus et vous demandent d’installer une application via WhatsApp sous prétexte d’une mise à jour de votre carte SIM. C’est une arnaque !

✅ Important : Proximus ne vous demandera jamais d’installer une application pour des raisons de sécurité. Soyez prudente svp.

🚨 Opgelet voor telefonische fraude in naam van Proximus!

Oplichters doen zich voor als onze medewerkers en vragen om een app te installeren via WhatsApp onder het mom van een simkaart-update. Dit is vals!

Proximus zal je nooit vragen om een app te installeren, ook niet voor om veiligheidsredenen. Wees voorzichtig aub.
