বিল গেটস গ্র্যাজুয়েশন কমপ্লিট করে নি, স্টিব জবস ও করে নি, মার্ক জাকারবার্গ ও করে নি … আচ্ছা, এমন মনে করে যদি চিন্তা করেন আমার ও গ্র্যাজুয়েশন করতে হবে না, পড়ালেখা না করে আমিও বিলিওনিয়ার হবো, তাহলে বিপদে পড়বেন, সত্যিই বিপদে পড়বেন।

এরা সবাই পড়ালেখা করত। প্রচুর পড়ালেখা করত। একাডেমিক পড়ালেখা না করলেও নিজের পছন্দের বিষয়তে অনেক সময় দিত। নিজের পছন্দের বিষয় গুলো সম্পর্কে জানার চেষ্টা করত। একাডেমিক পড়ালেখা করুন বা না করুন, তাতে কিছু যায় আসে না। যেটা গুরুত্বপূর্ণ তা হচ্ছে আপনার যেটা পছন্দ, সেখানে সময় দিচ্ছেন কিনা, তা।

আপনার পছন্দের কিছু খুঁজে পেয়ে যদি তার পেছনে সময় না দিয়ে অন্য কিছুতে সময় দিয়ে থাকেন, সারাক্ষণ আন্দন্দ উল্লাসে মেতে থাকেন, অথবা আমার দ্বারা কিছু হচ্ছে না ভেবে সারাক্ষণ মন খারাপ করে পড়ে থাকেন, তাহলে দুটিই আপনার জন্য বিপদ ডেকে আনবে। বিপদ ডেকে না আনলে নিজের পছন্দের কিছু করতে পারবেন না। সারাজীবন বোরিং কিছু করে জীবন পার করে দিতে হতে পারে।

পছন্দের কিছু খুঁজে না পেলেও বই পড়ুন। চিন্তা করুন। এদিক সেদিক তাকিয়ে দেখুন… পছন্দের বিষয়টি পেয়ে যাবেন। এরপর পড়ালেখা। পরিশ্রম করার সময়। নিজের পছন্দের বিষয় নিয়ে কাজ করতে একটুও কষ্ট লাগবে না। একটুও না। একটি কোট আছে এমন, ‘যদি জব করতে না চাও, তাহলে নিজের প্যাশন নিয়ে কাজ কর। সব সময়ই আনন্দে থাকবে, কাজ করছ যে তা মনে হবে না।’

এমন ও করা যেতে পারে, নিজেকে চালিয়ে নেওয়ার জন্য একটা কিছু করা। বাকিটা সময় নিজের প্যাশনের পেছনে ব্যয় করা। জীবন সুন্দর হবে। সত্যিই সুন্দর হবে। এমন করা অস্বাভাবিক কিছু না। সময়কে একটু ব্যবহার করতে হবে, এই যা। এক জনের সময় এক ভাবে ব্যয় হয়, তাই আমি স্পেসিফিক কিছু লিখতে যাবো না… তবে চিন্তা করে নিজের প্যাশনের জন্য কিছু সময় বরাদ্ধ করা যেতে পারে।

সফলতার সংজ্ঞা এক জনের জন্য এক রকম। নিজের কিছু স্বপ্ন থাকে, সে গুলো পূর্ণ হওয়াই হচ্ছে সফলতা। আর নিজের স্বপ্ন গুলো পূরণ করা কঠিন নয়। দরকার স্বাভাবিক থেকে একটু বেশি চেষ্টা করা। একটা উদাহরণ আমার দিতে খুব ভালো লাগে। আবার ও দিচ্ছিঃ আমরা যখন অনেক গুলো মানুষের সমাবেশ দেখি, তখন লম্বা মানুষ গুলোকে দূর থেকে দেখা যায়। বাকিরা মিশে যায় ভিড়ের মধ্যে। ঐ লম্বা মানুষ গুলো এভারেজ মানুষ থেকে কত টুকু বড়? এক ইঞ্চি, দুই ইঞ্চি? এর বেশি তো নয়, তাই না?

হ্যাঁ, সফলতার জন্য, নিজের প্যাশনের জন্য কাজ করার জন্য, নিজের স্বপ্ন পূরণের জন্য একটু বেশি চেষ্টা করতে হয়। স্বাভাবিকের থেকে। স্বপ্ন পূরণ হবেই হবে। স্বপ্ন দেখেছি যেহেতু, পূরণ করে ছাড়বই ছাড়ব 🙂

Hard Drive Recovery for a business travel manager from Amersfoort

Problem Description:

It is a RAID 0 with two 500GB drives from Seagate brand

The drive comes from an external enclosure which the USB connection is aborted. After expansion gives the disc now: 349 GB unformatted and unallocated 2.39 TB.

Our conclusion after research in the lab:

One of the two disks appeared physically damaged. The read and write to this drive was defective. There was also damage affected sectors on the platters. The 2nd disc functioned fortunately physically properly.

Troubleshooting:

The damaged hard drive had to be taken in our cleanroomlab processed. The read and write should be replaced temporarily. This is a manipulation process with identical components to be deployed. What is the difference between 2G, 3G, 4G, mobile networks?

G in 2G, 3G and 4G stands for the “Generation” of the mobile network. Today, mobile operators have started offering 4G services in the country. A higher number before the ‘G’ means more power to send out and receive more information and therefore the ability to achieve a higher efficiency through the wireless network.

Understanding the mobile networks:
As the name would suggest, 1G was the first generation of mobile networks. Here basically, radio signals were transmitted in ‘Analogue’ form and expectedly, one was not able to do much other than sending text messaging and making calls. But the biggest disadvantage, however came in the form of limited network availability, as in the network was available only within the country.

2G networks on the other hand, were based on narrow band digital networks. This means a 3G network actually allows for more data transmission and therefore the network enables voice and video calling, file transmission, internet surfing, online TV, view high definition videos, play games and much more. 3G is the best option for users who need to always stay connected to Internet.

4th Generation mobile networks are believed to provide many value added features. In addition to all the 3G facilities, data transmission is believed to go through the roof with speeds ranging between 100MBPs to 1GBPS. Phew!
