At BeCode, our mission is to help tomorrow's digital talents blossom through inclusive tech bootcamps. We are looking for a Recruitment & Planning Coordinator starting September 2026 to join our team at BeCentral (Brussels)!
What you’ll do:
- Planning & Coordination: Keep our training schedule on track alongside the team.
- Staffing: Contact trainers, track availability, and prepare sessions.
- Events & Outreach: Run info sessions, job fairs, and help organize BeCode’s internal & community events.
- Communication: Connect with learners, trainers, and partners to boost session visibility.
- Admin: Manage attendance sheets, agreements, and simple KPI tracking.
Is this you?
- Fluent in NL + EN + FR (written and spoken — must-have).
- Organized, rigorous, and comfortable multi-tasking.
- Creative, digitally savvy, and handy with Google Workspace & Excel.
- Interested in EdTech or social impact? Big plus!
