The past quarter has been a busy one - launching on Monday 28th March - SpringboardUX PREVENT for E1 ! !
What are the consequences to your business if you pay the wrong bank account for a supplier? Fraud is on the increase, particularly that which involves diverting supplier payments to fraudsters.

Using SpringboardUX PREVENT for EnterpriseOne, it is now possible to automate and audit the process of verifying changes requested to suppliers’ bank details using a type of two-factor authentication with notifications. This automated process means that, for each request, a designated person must approve the change before prior to any payments being made, minimising the risk of fraudulent payments.

All requests and changes are logged for audit purposes. Segregation of duties is built in throughout the process. It is possible to accommodate companies with multiple legal entities companies or business units that have to make payments thus protecting the entire organisation using their own set of rules. All this has been built into a product that is easy to install, set up and use. PREVENT leverages Orchestrations and UDOs.
