Partena ‘de gezonde reflex’ consists of Partena Ziekenfonds, Hulp in huis, Kinderopvang. Partena
Ziekenfonds is a health fund and insurance provider active in the Flemish region of Belgium. Partena Hulp in huis offers professional and reliable cleaning and ironing services. Partena Kinderopvang offers child care in day nurseries or child-minders.
Sidewalk was the partner of Partena Ziekenfonds, Hulp-in-Huis and Kinderopvang in creating and deploying this state-of-the art B2C website. We achieved clear goals: optimizing customer experience, providing an integrated and scalable communication platform for Partena, the main digital channel for their own journey towards an omni-channel organization.
In the process we empowered marketing (creation, publishing) and liberated IT of cumbersome technical customization.
Content was the main denominator for this project. We had to make sure Partena Ziekenfonds was able to prepare, manage and publish all kinds of content. Legal texts, product descriptions, images and video, blog posts . . . The Sitecore users are non-technical resources that have to focus on their specific task: provide relevant content to the visitor.
