Last week, the ICT Talents team headed to C-mine, a place built for creative thinking and innovation.

One central question guided the day: how can we help our clients move faster, without ever compromising on quality? For our clients, every day counts. The sooner we identify the right match, the sooner their teams are back at full strength.

We took a critical look at our ways of working and explored how AI and smart technology can accelerate our processes, sharpen our matching, and help us deliver impact even sooner. Innovation isn’t a goal in itself, it’s a means to create real value for our clients.

The afternoon was all about fun and team spirit.

After 17 years at ICT Talents, Marc Bleuckx is closing the chapter on his career.

Marc joined us in January 2008 as an AS/400 developer and stayed loyal to the platform throughout his time with us. In the early years, between assignments, he put his electrician's background to use wiring up solar panels and running data cables. Whatever the job, Marc delivered. His long-term assignments took him across the country, from Ghent to Brussels to Welkenraedt.

Now retirement opens up more time for the things he loves: his Harley, mountain biking around Opglabbeek, holidays with the caravan and the garden behind his home where the fruit trees grow.

A proud father and grandfather, Marc shares his home with his sportive son, who serves on missions abroad. Steady, skilled, and quietly dedicated, Marc leaves behind 17 years of craftsmanship.

Thank you Marc. Enjoy the ride. 🙌

It’s official: our ICT Talents won’t just save you from PC troubles, they might actually help save your life, thanks to Nina and the Care Talents crew!

Nina trained us in Basic Life Support skills, giving us the confidence to step in when it truly matters. Through her real-life experience, expertise, and hands-on approach, we developed practical, life-saving skills we can rely on.

We all passed the exam with flying colors and we’re proud of it! 💥
All that hard studying takes energy, so we wrapped up the training with pizza

Meet Mario! 💥

Active in IT since 1997, Mario grew from support specialist to experienced ICT Project Engineer. Today, he handles third-line support and leads IT projects including Teams telephony and Intune implementation within a city administration.

A true tech enthusiast, he runs his own home lab to experiment with servers and networks, a passion he’s passed on to his kids. Outside IT, he’s passionate about portrait, fashion, and landscape photography.

One of the pioneers from day one, Mario joined the Next-ICT journey driven by strong belief and connection.
