Job description
Working in a team of functional and technical analysts handling projects on the BSS Rating and Billing systems
Functional scope includes:
Rating: Usage rating, real-time rating, usage configuration for mobile, fixed telephony
Billing: Product configuration, discounts, promotions, VAT, billing behavior configuration
Bill presentment: Bill preparation, bill presentment
Post-billing: Online and offline payments, finance feeds, journaling and cash journaling, regulatory requirements, revenue share, electronic feeds, reporting
Interfaces: 3rd party settlements, CRM, revenue share, order orchestration interface, self-care, architecture interface definition
Other: Systems migration, archiving/partitioning, operational scheduling
Cooperation with other teams to realize integration projects End-to-End:
Online team: Customer facing web applications & apps
BSS Sales and Customer Services team: Order intake, order management, quotation engine, workflow orchestration
OSS team: Technical order management & provisioning
Required Expertise
BSS business and functional knowledge in Rating and Billing Telecom.
Functional knowledge on Billing and Post-billing, including product configuration, usage modeling, interfaces definition, payments, SEPA mandates, collections, revenue sharing, accounts receivables, revenue reconciliation, migrations
Requirements definition, solution analysis and high level design specification
Project life-cycle, Agile methodologies, coordination & end to end support
Technical background: UML, BMPN, SOA, Oracle, SQL, Enterprise architecture
