Applicants should have a strong organisational mindset and be experienced in managing people, projects and production processes. We’re looking for someone with:
- experience in operations or project management
- experience managing and supporting a team
- strong organisational and planning skills
- a good understanding of digital production and web projects
- clear communication and confident customer contact
- an eye for quality and attention to detail
- the ability to identify problems and find practical solutions
- the ability to work independently and take responsibility
- a structured, hands-on and pragmatic approach
You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day organisation of our production team and projects. You’ll make sure work is properly planned, deadlines are followed and projects move smoothly from briefing to delivery. You’ll coordinate team members, monitor workloads, improve internal processes and step in when things need solving.
You’ll work closely with the founder, project managers and production team, while helping us build a more structured and efficient way of working as Studio Calypso continues to grow. You’ll also be involved in onboarding, team development, quality control and making sure our customers receive a consistent experience throughout every project.
