Welcome to the team, Anneleen and Klaudia 👋

Anneleen joins us as a UI designer, bringing five years of experience in digital and UI design. Outside of work, she and her boyfriend love treasure hunting in second hand shops, flea markets, and garage sales. Always chasing that one quirky figurine or well designed item that deserves a spot in the cabinet.

And then there’s Klaudia.
As our new Talent Acquisition Specialist, she’s all about understanding what gives people energy and which environment helps them use their strengths at their best. Joining icapps felt like the perfect match, combining her passion for talent with her interest in design and development. Fun fact: she has two cats. One is a golden child, the other is… a gangster 😼

⚠️ Big change coming! Starting June 28, 2025, accessibility won’t just be a nice feature — it will be a legal requirement.

The EU Accessibility Act (EAA) means websites and apps need to be accessible for everyone, including people with disabilities and those facing temporary issues (like a broken arm or bad Wi-Fi).

If you’re planning a new digital project, accessibility isn’t optional anymore. It’s a must.

Welcome to icapps, Evelyn Van den Wyngaert and Nathalie Maes! 💙

Meet Evelyn, our new People and Culture Manager. Passionate about HR, Evelyn will focus on onboarding, recruitment, and employee development, ensuring our culture stays as vibrant as ever. Fun fact: She found her way to icapps through a glowing recommendation from Alana, our office manager, and one of her close friends.
Evelyn loves pilates and spinning outside of work, and when she’s not staying active, she’s spending time with her beloved (and rather chunky) naked cat. 🐾

Nathalie was already a big fan of icapps, especially our colleagues and their drive and passion. Now, she’s officially part of the team!
After work, you’ll likely find her at the gym, powerlifting, something she’s been dedicated to for the past four years. And if she’s not lifting weights, she’s lifting coffee cups. ☕ With over fifty coffee bars explored in Antwerp, she’s always on the hunt for the next great brew.

Tine has been part of icapps for ten years, bringing her passion for user-friendly design to every project. Recently, she earned her "Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies (CPACC)" certificate from the International Association of Accessibility Professionals (IAAP), showing her dedication to making digital spaces that work for everyone. 🙌
