Position: UX/UI Designer (Figma)
Location: Madhupur, Tangail, Bangladesh
Experience Level: Minimum 0 - 2 years of Professional Experience
Employment Type: Full-time (On site)
Compensation: BDT Up To 25K
Responsibilities:
Minimum 0–2 years of experience in UI/UX design
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
Ability to create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and complete UI systems
Conduct user research and testing to validate design decisions
Stay updated with modern design trends, patterns, and UX best practices
Work closely with developers to ensure design is implemented correctly
Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving ability
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout required).
Experience with Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools is a plus.
Working Hours:
Office Time: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Breaks: Lunch + Prayer Breaks
Weekend: 2 Day (Friday & Saturday)
