JOB DESCRIPTION
• Not in charge of Destiny’s accounting but assisting in the correctness of accounts being charted.
• Weekly or even monthly reviewing the accounts entry for accuracy.
• Being able to help the Office Manager decide about questions in data entry if any to facilitate the annual audit.
• To prepare the monthly FDI reports to be checked by the Office Manager.
• To assist with everything needed for the annual Audit and to supervise it.
o Balance Sheet
o Income Statement
o Cash Flow
o Purchase-Receipt
o Assets, etc.
• To assist in the preparation of financial documents requested by other agencies.
• To prepare the tax return.
• Assist in the maintenance and update of the accounts Manual
