এই বোনাস স্পীড উপভোগ করতে হলে কিছু জিনিস খেয়াল রাখতে হবেঃ

- সর্বনিম্ন প্যাকেজ ৭৩৫ টাকা এর হতে হবে ।

- আপনার Router এবং ONU একবার রিস্টার্ট দিন এবং ক্যাবল সংযোগ চেক করুন।

- বোনাস স্পিড উপভোগ করতে দয়া করে মোবাইল ফোন বা ল্যাপটপ হলে 5Ghz ব্যান্ড এ কানেক্ট করুন। কারণ অনেক রাউটার এ 2.4Ghz এ ডিভাইস লিংক স্পিড 54Mbps বা 72Mbps এর আশেপাশে হয় যার ফলে আপনি সর্বোচ্চ ঐ স্পীডটুকুই পাবেন। এছাড়া 2.4Ghz এ চ্যানেল কনফ্লিক্ট বেশি হয় যার কারণে ইন্টারনেট স্পিড অনেক স্লো হয়। পিসি হলে চেষ্টা করবেন সরাসরি ইথারনেট ক্যাবল দিয়ে কানেক্ট করতে।

-ভালো স্পীড পেতে Gigabit Lan সাপোর্ট করে এরকম একটি রাউটার ব্যবহার করতে হবে। সাধারণ রাউটার গুলোয় Lan/Wan Port 100Mbps হয়ে থাকে।

- আপনি যদি স্পীড কিংবা সার্ভিস সম্পর্কিত কোনো ধরনের সমস্যা পেয়ে থাকেন, দিন রাত ২৪ ঘণ্টা আমাদের হেল্প লাইন নম্বরে কল করুন
