Position: English Speaking Customer Support Agent

Company Introduction: It's a UK based Fashion Apparel Company. It's an online store from where customers buy Football jerseys.

Responsibilities: Live Chats, Emails and Phone Calls.
Working Hours: 2.00PM to 10.00PM.

Working Days: Monday to Friday. (5 days a week; Saturday and Sunday are off)

Requirements: Interested person needs to be able to speak and understand perfect English. They'll need to understand the UK and USA accent and talk with customers. He/She needs to be Tech Savvy, Should have an eye to details always, familiar with the popular Emailing system (like Gmail, Yahoo etc.), typing speed needs to be good and familiar with Live Chats.

Salary range: From 8,000/- to 12,000/-

Green IT is seeking for an ideal person (male or female) to perform Customer Support role for a UK based company. Interested person has to be able to do conversion in English Fluently. Has to be smart and responsible.

Working Time and Regulations:
* Worker has to work 6 hours a day and 5 days a week.
* No break during working hours.
* Extra work will be assigned if there's no call or chat request or emails to attend.
* Contract will be terminated for any kind of dishonesty and worker will be fired without showing any reason.
* There will be more chance to learn new work.

Working Criteria:
1. Receive phone calls from customers and talk with them about their orders.
2. Make phone calls to customers to confirm their orders.
3. Attend Live Chats to answer customer’s questions and queries.
4. Reply customer emails with their answers and queries.
5. Contact with Logistic Team to confirm the dispatch.

Salary Range: 5K-10K
