We are going through challenging times but never forget our team. Today, we gathered with our team members at the MasterChef Restaurant conference room and enjoyed a special lunch together. As a token of appreciation, we arranged a honeymoon trip to Cox's Bazar for one of our newly married core team leaders. This package includes air tickets and a 2-night, 3-day stay at Seapearl Beach Resort, one of the top 5* hotels in Cox's Bazar. He departed from Rajshahi this morning for the trip.
We consider each member of our team as part of our family and treat them accordingly. Our pride lies in the fact that we don't work solely for money or personal gain. Instead, we strive to contribute to our team members to the best of our ability.
