International payments are live on SupportKori.

Your supporters outside Bangladesh can now pay by Visa or Mastercard, in US dollars. One tap on the new "Change to $USD" button on your page and they see prices in dollars, pay by card, and you receive it in Taka like every other payment.

No setup on your side. It is already on your profile, your tip page, your products and your website widget. Set your own dollar prices from Page design and your product editor if you want, or leave them blank and we convert your Taka prices automatically.

Your audience was never only Bangladesh. Now your page isn't either.

You can now sell tickets on SupportKori.

Say you're a video editor. You've been asked a hundred times "how do you do that colour grade". Put a 2-hour workshop on Zoom, price it at ৳500, and sell 300 seats. That's ৳1,50,000 for one evening of teaching what you already know.

Here's how it works:

🎟 Create "Ticket for an event" from your Shop. Set your tiers: General, VIP, Early bird, or just one price.

📩 Every buyer gets a proper PDF ticket with their name and a unique QR code, emailed instantly.📱 Running it in person? Scan tickets from your phone. Give your volunteers a gate link and a PIN, no account needed, and every entry is logged.

💻 Running it online? Your Zoom or Meet link stays private. Each ticket has a Join button that unlocks one hour before start, so a forwarded email can't let strangers in.

⏰ Everyone gets a reminder the day before.

💸 Money lands in your SupportKori wallet the moment a ticket sells. Free events work too.

Workshops, meetups, shows, tournaments, masterclasses. If people would show up for it, you can sell a ticket for it.

Start here: supportkori.com → Dashboard → Shop → Ticket for an event

৳1,000,000+ paid out to creators. 10,000+ of you on board. 🎉

Real money, real creators, paid through Bangladeshi payments method - no barriers in between.

Every single taka came from a supporter who believed in someone’s work. That’s the whole point.

Unhappy when alone, happy with supporters! 💛

New: the SupportKori status page
status.supportkori.com

Transparency matters when people trust you with their money. So from today, anyone can see the live health of SupportKori at a glance: the main site, creator storefronts, and payment processing, each checked every minute, with 90 days of history.

Green means all good. If something ever goes wrong, that page is where you will see it first, and where we will post updates while we fix it. No more guessing whether it is you or us.

Bookmark it. Hopefully you will never need it. ❤️

Your shop just moved into your pocket. 🛍

Until today you managed your SupportKori shop from the web dashboard. From today it's a tab in the app, next to Activity:

✅ Edit titles, prices, discounts & limited-time offers
✅ Create coupon codes
✅ See every order, mark custom orders delivered
✅ Read and reply to reviews (they show on your product page)
✅ Pin, hide, reorder — your live shop follows instantly
✅ Email all your past buyers about something new

Uploading a new product still happens on the web (big files deserve a big screen) - everything else is in your pocket.

Open the app, tap Shop. If you don't see it yet, restart the app once , it updates itself.
Available on Google Play & the App Store

Let's clear this up once and for all.

SupportKori is NOT a donation platform. Every taka that moves here is a value exchange. Supporters pay, and they get something real in return.

✅ Allowed:
• Selling digital products (eBooks, presets, templates, software)
• Offering services (consultations, design work, coaching)
• Super Chat messages on your live stream
• Featured Messages from your fans, for any content creator (YouTubers, streamers, artists, anyone)
• Exclusive content and perks for your supporters

❌ Not allowed:
• Taking money as a pure "donation" where the supporter gets nothing back.
•Crowdfunding or collecting funds with no product, service, or perk in return.

And yes, we check. Our AI monitoring runs on every transaction around the clock, and our team actively reviews accounts on top of that.

If we find an account taking payments without giving real value back or crowdfunding, that account gets a direct ban without any refund. No warnings.

Full policy: https://www.supportkori.com/terms (Section 5: Value Exchange Policy)

Sell your work. Offer real value. That's what SupportKori is for.

✅ Payments Are Back

Payments on SupportKori are working normally again.

Payments are now running through EPS, one of our payment partners. Everything you had before is still there: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, MyCash, cards and the rest. The only thing you may notice is that the payment page looks a little different now.

Your balance and your earnings were safe the whole time, exactly as we said.

Thank you for staying with us and for being so patient. It means a lot. ❤️

⚠️ Important Update

Our payment gateway is currently experiencing an issue, and as a result, all payments are temporarily paused.

Our team is actively working to resolve the issue and restore payment services as soon as possible. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding. ❤️

We’ll update you as soon as everything is back to normal.
