• Manage and optimize Upwork sales outreach, proposals, and client follow-ups.
• Research and identify high-potential clients/projects aligned with our services.
• Craft compelling proposals that convert leads into paying clients.
• Maintain a strong client pipeline and track sales activities for reporting.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to secure repeat business.
• Analyze Upwork market trends and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies.
• Collaborate with the internal team to align client expectations and service delivery.
• Create strong team on upwork and train other team member for being better on upwork

✅ 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• Proven experience as a sales executive on Upwork, with verifiable success in closing projects.
• Strong understanding of Upwork platform, including proposals, profile optimization, and bidding strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, English fluency.
• Ability to research, identify, and approach high-value clients effectively.
• Strong negotiation skills and client relationship management.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Experience in IT/services sales preferred, but other relevant sales experience will be considered.
