Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Lead (.NET) to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise ERP solutions, especially for the garments and manufacturing industry.

The candidate will play a key role in system architecture, backend development, database optimization, and mentoring developers while ensuring the ERP platform remains scalable, secure, and high performing.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the Team, design, and development of ERP applications using .NET technologies
Design and develop high-performance backend services using .NET Core / ASP.NET Core
Build scalable ERP modules including Production, Inventory, Finance, HR, Procurement, and Supply Chain
Design optimized SQL Server databases, including schema design, stored procedures, indexing, and query optimization
Implement Redis caching for performance optimization
Develop and maintain REST APIs and enterprise integrations
Work with Entity Framework / EF Core for ORM-based data access
Ensure clean architecture, maintainable code, and secure coding practices
Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards
Mentor developers and guide the team in best practices and architecture decisions
Collaborate with product managers, QA teams, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve production performance and scalability issues

Technical Requirements
Strong expertise in C # / .NET Core / ASP.NET Core
Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server
Database design
Query optimization
Stored procedures
Indexing and performance tuning
Hands-on experience with Redis caching
Strong experience with Entity Framework / EF Core
Experience building large-scale ERP systems
Experience developing REST APIs and enterprise integrations
Knowledge of multithreading and asynchronous programming
Experience with Git version control
Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation is a plus
Understanding of Clean Architecture / Microservices / Domain Driven Design (DDD) is preferred

Industry Experience
Experience developing ERP solutions for garments, textile, or manufacturing industries will be highly preferred.

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)
Experience with Oracle Database
Experience integrating with Oracle-based enterprise systems
Knowledge of distributed systems and high availability architecture

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in computer science / software engineering / related field
6+ years of professional software development experience
2+ years' experience in a Senior Developer / Technical Lead role
