Right now, we are looking for passionate individuals to join the `Powerful SAQ Team` as "Site Acquisition Executive".

Key Responsibilities
*Ability to work independently and in a professional manner.
*Ability to work as a team member & work hard.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Ability to read and understand Land Documents.
*Ability to meet multiple project deadlines & Site Survey, Information Collect, Site Selection, Site Negotiation, Site Contract Preparation, Contract paper Signing and Secure the site
*Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and maintain schedules
*Ability to travel when required, client meetings potential

Key Qualifications
*Employment Status: Full Time
*Educational Requirements: Minimum HSC or Graduation in any reputed university.
*𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: 6 month to 1 year(s). (Fresher’s Allow)

ঠিকানা-জেলা- বরগুনা, উপজেলা-বেতাগী সাইট হতে এই ভদ্রলোকের লেবাসধারী চোর MDB,SDB Box, Anchor Bolt, Template, Rod, Cement সহ সকল ধরনের কাজ কারার যন্ত্রপাতি চুরি করে নিয়ে পালিয়ে গেছে।
সব মিলিয়ে - ২০ লক্ষ টাকার মালামাল এবং নগদ ৩০ হাজার টাকা নিয়ে পালিয়েছে।

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Must have the ability to provide legal opinion on land, regulatory, corporate and telecommunications land matters.
• Analyze all land-related documents (C.S. , S.A. , R.S. , B.S. , City Jorip, mutation, deed, bia deed, porcha, DP) and prepare chain of ownership by vetting provided documents. To be able to prepare various kinds of legal Agreements etc.
• Review and draft contacts, Lease agreements and internal policies.
• Deal with land and telecommunication related activities such as land measurement, verification of title & legal rights, mutation of land & other legal documents from related Govt. departments. etc. Must have the ability to Prepare a draft of the Lease Agreement, Power of Attorney, Sale deed, Sub-Kabla deed, NOC etc. in Bengali & English.
• Must have excellent writing skills in both English and Bengali (Bijoy Bayanna).
• Possess modern and contemporary administrative management skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• All legal and land related matters will be reported to the Chief Executive Officer.
• Reporting to: CEO.
