✔️ Identify and target potential clients through research, visits, and networking.
✔️ Collect and manage quality leads in a structured pipeline.
✔️ Follow up through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
✔️ Promote and sell Vonome’s software solutions (SME, CRM, ERP, Accounting, HR & Payroll, etc.)
✔️ Deliver professional product presentations and software demos.
✔️ Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
✔️ Prepare quotations, proposals, and service offers.
✔️ Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
✔️ Analyze market trends, competitors, and opportunities.
✔️ Collect feedback to help product improvement
✔️ Maintain records of daily visits, lead status, and sales activity.
✔️ Report progress and challenges to management.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬

✔️ Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing / corporate sales / software sales.
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred).
✔️ Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
✔️ Ability to explain software solutions to non-technical audiences.
✔️ Confident with fieldwork and corporate visits.
✔️ Good understanding of software products (ERP, CRM, HR & Payroll preferred).
