Business Development Executive (Software Sales)

Job Type: Full Time

Work Arrangement: Remote with Field Visits

Vacancy: 01

Salary: BDT 20,000 to 30,000 (Negotiable)

Commission: 3% on every successful sale

What You'll Do

• Generate B2B leads through LinkedIn, email, calls, networking, and client meetings

• Sell Custom Software, ERP, Web Applications, and Mobile App Development services

• Conduct client meetings and software presentations

• Prepare proposals and close high value deals

• Build long term relationships with corporate clients

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B Sales, IT Sales, or Software Sales

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

• Target driven and self motivated

• Good command of English and Bangla

Bright Future Soft is looking for a passionate Full Stack Developer with a strong backend focus to join our growing team and work on enterprise ERP and SaaS products.

Position: Full Stack Developer (Backend Focused)
Job Type: Full Time
Workplace: Remote (Dhaka, Bangladesh)
Vacancies: 01
Salary: BDT 25,000/month
Probation Period: 3 Months

Requirements:

• Strong experience with Node.js, Express.js, and REST APIs
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB
• Good knowledge of React.js and modern frontend development
• Understanding of authentication, authorization, and application security
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows
• Ability to build complete web applications from database to user interface

Bonus Skills:

• TypeScript

Job Type: Full-Time
Work Model: Field + Office (Dhaka-based)
Vacancy: 01

Job Responsibilities:
- Visit at least 3 corporate offices daily to introduce company services
- Generate new business leads.
- Build relationships with potential SMEs and corporate businesses -Present company software solutions and collect business requirements
- Maintain a daily report of visits, business leads, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with our team to convert business leads into clients
-Visit Uttara office or client locations when required

Salary & Benefits

-Basic Salary: 12,000 BDT per month
-Sales Commission on successful business deals
-Medical Benefits TA/DA (Travel Allowance) for field visits
-Salary review after 6 months based on performance

সকলকে জানাই মহান শহীদ দিবস ও আন্তর্জাতিক মাতৃভাষা দিবসের আন্তরিক শুভেচ্ছা।

ভাষা শুধু কথা বলার মাধ্যম নয়, ভাষা আমাদের পরিচয়, আমাদের সংস্কৃতি, আমাদের অস্তিত্বের শিকড়।

১৯৫২ সালের এই দিনে বাংলা ভাষার মর্যাদা রক্ষার জন্য যারা জীবন উৎসর্গ করেছিলেন, সেই সকল ভাষা শহীদদের প্রতি জানাই গভীর শ্রদ্ধা। তাদের ত্যাগের বিনিময়ে আমরা পেয়েছি মাতৃভাষায় কথা বলার অধিকার, নিজের ভাষায় স্বপ্ন দেখার স্বাধীনতা।

ভাষা হোক সবার ভালোবাসার, সম্মানের ও ঐক্যের বন্ধন।
ভাষা হোক বৈষম্য নয়, বরং সম্প্রীতির সেতুবন্ধন।
