Zorn Ventures Limited is looking for a creative, energetic, and tech-loving Social Media Manager to manage our company and multiple tech brand pages.

🎯 What You’ll Do

📌 Content Planning
• Create weekly & monthly content plans
• Plan posts, reels, campaigns & short videos
• Maintain a content calendar for multiple brands
• Research trends, memes, viral topics & tech news
• Suggest fresh content ideas regularly

📱 Social Media Management
• Manage multiple social media pages
• Schedule and publish posts on time
• Write captions, hashtags & post copy
• Track performance and improve content
• Maintain a consistent brand voice

🎥 Video & Content Creation
• Create short videos, reels & trend-based content
• Occasionally appear on camera
• Work with designers to create engaging visuals
• Turn ideas into creative social media content

🔥 Trend Awareness

• You should actively follow:
• AI & emerging tech
• Web hosting & cloud
• Cybersecurity
• Startups & tech industry news
• Viral trends, memes & social media updates

👉 Not just copying trends — but adapting them creatively for our brands.

✅ What We’re Looking For
• Experience in social media management or content creation
• Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube Shorts
• Creative mindset & strong content ideas
• Comfortable appearing on camera (occasional)
• Good English communication & writing skills
• Basic video editing knowledge (Canva / CapCut is a plus)
• Ability to work with designers & team members
• Passion for technology & digital trends
• Organized, proactive & willing to experiment

💼 Job Details

• Position: Social Media Manager
• Type: Full-Time (On-Site)
• Location: Khulna, Bangladesh

💰 Salary: BDT 15,000 – 25,000/month
👉 Based on experience & performance (negotiable)

✳️ Salary: BDT 20,000
Probation Period: First 3 months

Zorn Ventures Limited is looking for dedicated *Level 1 Customer Support Agents* for our web hosting brands. The role is suitable for candidates who have practical experience in basic hosting support, customer communication, troubleshooting, and ticket handling.

⭐ Candidates available for evening and night shifts in-house will get priority.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support through live chat and ticket system
• Assist customers with basic web hosting, domain, DNS, email, and website-related issues
• Handle Level 1 troubleshooting for cPanel, WHM, WordPress, Laravel-based websites, and database-related issues
• Escalate advanced technical issues to the senior technical team when required
• Maintain professional communication with customers in Bangla and English
• Follow internal support procedures and ensure timely responses



• Basic to good experience with cPanel / WHM and hosting management
• Basic understanding of CloudLinux will be an advantage
• Basic Linux command line knowledge will be preferred
• Experience with WordPress and Laravel-based websites
• Good understanding of domain and DNS management
• Basic database management experience with MySQL and/or PostgreSQL
• Good Bangla and English writing skills
• Minimum 40 WPM typing speed preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment
• Must be patient, responsible, and customer-focused
